Representative Persell, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:45am. on Wednesday, February 6, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lislegard moved that the minutes of January 30, 2019 be approved THE MOTION PREVAILED.
