MINUTES

Representative Laurie Halverson, Chair of the Commerce Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:31PM on February 6th, 2019, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Stephenson moved to approve the minutes of February 5th, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Halverson moved that HF400 be re-referred to Government Operations, and moves the H0400A12 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF 400 (Olson)
Opioid Stewardship Advisory Council, opioid stewardship account, and opiate product registration fee established; opioid addiction prevention, education, intervention, treatment, and recovery provisions modified; and money appropriated.
