Representative Knoblach, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:22AM on Monday, May 1, 2017 in the Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Carlson moved that the minutes of April 24, 2017 be approved

Jill Freudenwald, Department of Public Safety Interlock Program Director, testified on HF179

Representative Scott moved an amendment to HF179 as amended as follows: Page 1, line 14, Delete “, in whole or in part,” THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED
