Representative Knoblach, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 7:40PM on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 in the Room 120 of the Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Knoblach called the meeting to order at 7:40PM a quorum was present.

Representative Carlson moved that the minutes of March 20, 2017 be approved as amended
MOTION PREVAILED

Representative Knoblach requested testimony on the Budget Resolution

Representative Knoblach moved that CS-RES01 be adopted
Representative Marquart moved that the A5 Amendment be adopted
Representative Marquart requested a roll call vote on the A5 Amendment. The results were as follows:
