MINUTES
Representative Runbeck, Chair of the Transportation and Regional Governance Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on February 8th, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Runbeck called the meeting to order at 1:03 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Koegel moved the minutes of February 6th, 2017. THE MOTION
PREVAILED.
Professor David Levinson, University of Minnesota, gave a presentation on the Future of Transport and Direction for Minnesota Policy.
Randal O’Toole, Senior Fellow, CATO Institute, gave a presentation of Light Rail and Long-Term Planning Concerns in the Twin Cities Region.
Chair Runbeck adjourned the meeting at 2:45P.M.
