Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Transportation Finance Committee, called the twenty-ninth meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building

Representative Johnson moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on September 11, 2017 and March 29, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Testimony on the Minnesota Licensing and Registration System (MNLARS) status as well as new $43 million request for additional funding for MNLARS.
