MINUTES
Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Transportation Finance Committee, officially called the thirty third meeting to order at 1:03 P.M. on Tuesday, March 13th, 2018, in the Basement Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Johnson moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 8th, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Torkelson moved that HF 2835 come before the committee and be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.
HF 2835 (Baker) - Deputy registrars reimbursement funding provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Baker moved the DE2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Torkelson moved that HF 3148 come before the committee and be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.
HF 3148 (Barr) - Public safety commissioner required to issue a request for information related to the driver and vehicle information system, and report required.
