JOB GROWTH AND ENERGY AFFORDABILITY POLICY AND FINANCE COMMITTEE
Representative Pat Garofalo, Chair of the Jobs Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 5:10 PM on April 16, 2018, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

HF3708 (Marion O'Neill) Carbon reduction facility designation established for large electric generating facilities.
Representative O’Neill moved HF3708 to be laid over for possible inclusion in a later bill.
Representative O’Neill moved H3708DE1to be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
