Representative Pat Garofalo, Chair of the Job Growth & Energy Affordability Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Maye Quade moved the minutes of January 18, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The committee had an informational hearing on base budget oversight and program outcomes. The following people presented:
Mike Rothman, Commissioner, Department of Commerce.
Representative Newberger assumed the gavel at 3:56 PM.
Mark Phillips, Commissioner, Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:35 PM.
