Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education and Career Readiness Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:06 PM on February 14, 2017, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

HF889 (Nornes) Higher Education Office, Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, and University of Minnesota policy and funding provided; and money appropriated.
Chair Nornes moved that HF889 be laid over for possible inclusion into an omnibus bill.
