Chair Dean officially called the meeting to order at 1:08 PM on March 29, 2017, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hamilton moved the A4 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative Dean moved the following oral technical amendment to the A3 amendment: Page 39, line 28: Delete “27” and insert “28.” THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Dean made a motion to authorize House Research, fiscal staff, and the revisor's office to make any necessary technical corrections to the bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Dean renewed his motion that HF 945, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:34 PM.
