MINUTES

Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 A.M. on March 13, 2018, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Ecklund moved the approval of the March 8, 2018 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3577 (Anselmo) Certified salt applicator program established.

Representative Fabian moved HF3577 be re-referred to the Civil Law and Data Practices Policy Committee.

Representative Fabian moved the H3577A-1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF3556 (Heintzeman) Off road vehicle trail planning and development funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Fabian moved HF3556 be laid over for possible inclusion in another bill.

HF2847 (Lueck) Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area Citizens Advisory Council modified.

Representative Fabian moved HF2847 be re-referred to the Government Operations and Elections Policy Committee.

Representative Fabian renewed his motion that HF2847 be re-referred to the Government Operations and Elections Policy Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3421 (Fabian) Natural resource commissioner's duties modified, and provisions for elk licenses modified.

Representative Fabian moved HF3421 be sent to the General Register.
