Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:30 AM on March 24th, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fabian moved HF 888 to be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
