MINUTES

Representative Fabian, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on February 7th, 2017, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Fabian called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Uglem moved to adopt the minutes of February 2nd, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

H.F. 586 (Drazkowski) State-purchased land annual payment funds using dedicated revenues established, payment in lieu of taxes requirements modified, and money appropriated.

Representative Fabian moved H.F. 586 to be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Representative Fabian moved the H586A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Fabian renewed the motion that H.F. 586 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

H.F. 710 (Uglem) Outdoor heritage fund money appropriated, and recipient requirements modified.

Representative Uglem moved that H.F. 710 be re-referred to the Legacy Funding Finance Committee.

Representative Uglem moved the H710A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Uglem renewed the motion that H.F. 710 be re-referred to the Legacy Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:43 A.M.
