MINUTES

Representative Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:04 P.M. on March 22th, 2018 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Kresha moved that the minutes of March 21, 2018 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1708 Knoblach, Promise Neighborhood of Central Minnesota programming expansion grant authorized, report required, and money appropriated

Representative Loon moved HF1708 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means

Representative Loon moved the H1708A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Knoblach testified on HF1708, as amended.

HF3206 Fenton, Grow Your Own pathways to teacher licensure program funding increased, and money appropriated.

Representative Loon moved that HF3206 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
