Representative Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:17 P.M. on February 27th, 2018 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Minnesota Department of Human Services staff Carol LaBine, Deputy Director for Mental Health, and Matt Burdick, Legislative Director for Behavioral Health and Health Care, provided an over-view on School-Linked Mental Health Grants and Intermediate School District Mental Health Inno-vation Grant Programs.

Minnesota Department of Education Commissioner Brenda Cassellius provided comments on men-tal health grants and the Intermediate Districts.
Adosh Unni, Director of Government Relations at Minnesota Department of Education, provided an overview of Intermediate District and Cooperative Unit Staff Training for Level 4 Behavioral Issues.
