Representative Tim Kelly, Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, called the thirty-eighth meeting to order at 12:51 PM on April 13, 2016 in the Basement of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hausman moved the minutes of April 6, 2016 to be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Deputy Commissioner Tracy Hatch, MnDOT, presented on the Governor’s transportation related supplemental budget recommendations.
Matt Langer, Minnesota State Patrol, presented on the Governor’s transportation related supplemental budget recommendations.
Dawn Olson, Director of Driver and Vehicle Services and Paul Meekin, CIO, MN.IT Services at DPS, presented the Governor’s transportation related supplemental budget recommendations.
Judd Schetnan, Met Council, presented the Governor’s transportation related supplemental budget recommendations.
Representative Kelly adjourned the meeting at 2:47 PM.
