MINUTES

Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:16 A.M. on April 6, 2016 in Hearing Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cornish called the meeting to order at 10:16 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative O’Neill moved the minutes of April 5, 2016 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3308 (Pugh): Family law case alternative dispute resolution information required to be provided by the court.

Representative Cornish moved HF3308 be referred to the General Register.

Representative Cornish moved the HF3308 A2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
