Representative Pat Garofalo, Chair of the Job Growth & Energy Affordability Policy & Finance Committee, called the fourth meeting to order at 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Garofalo called the meeting to order at 12:45 p.m. A quorum was present.
Representative Gunther moved to approve the minutes from the previous hearing. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Commissioner Mary Tingerthal, Minnesota Housing Finance Agency and Ryan Baumtrog, Financial Planning Director at Minnesota Management and Budget; gave an overview presentation of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency.
Warren Hanson, Greater Minnesota Housing Fund; Rick Goodeman, Southwest Minnesota Housing Partnership; Patrick Hynes, League of Minnesota Cities and Dan Dorman, Greater Minnesota Partnership; gave overview presentations on affordable housing and workforce housing issues.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:22 p.m.
