Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:48PM on February 25th, 2015, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative CHRISTENSEN moved that the minutes of February 24, 2015, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The University of Minnesota and Minnesota State Colleges and Universities presented on Performance Funding Metrics Outcomes to members of the committee.
