MINUTES
Representative Dean, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:49pm on February 12th, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dean began the meeting at 12:48pm, a quorum was NOT present.
A quorum was present at 12:49pm. The meeting was called to order at 12:49pm.
Representative McDonald moved approval of the February 11th, 2015 minutes. The motion PREVAILED. The minutes were APPROVED.
Anne Barry, Deputy Commissioner of Direct Care and Treatment, answered members’ questions and discussed the Governor’s Health and Human Services budget recommendations.
Jennifer DeCubellius, Assistant Commissioner of Community Services, answered members’ questions and discussed the Governor’s Health and Human Services budget recommendations.
Jim Koppel, Assistant Commissioner of Children and Family Services, answered members’ questions and discussed the Governor’s Health and Human Services budget recommendations.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:33pm.
