MINUTES

Representative Dean, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:53pm on March 4th, 2015, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dean began the meeting at 12:53pm, a quorum was present.

The meeting was called to order at 12:53pm.

Representative Gruenhagen moved approval of the March 3rd, 2015 minutes. The motion PREVAILED. The minutes were APPROVED.

Representative Dean moved that HF 189 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Omnibus bill.

Representative Dean moves the A2 amendment. The motion PREVAILED.

Representative Davids and Buck McAlpin, MN Ambulance Association, presented on HF 189, as amended.

Representative Dean renewed his motion that HF 189, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Omnibus bill. The motion PREVAILED.

Representative Dean moved that HF 213 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Omnibus bill.

Representative Dean moves the A1 amendment. The motion PREVAILED.

Representative Davids; Sue Abderholden, Executive Director, NAMI Minnesota; and Buck McAlpin, MN Ambulance Association, all presented on HF213, as amended.

Representative Dean renewed his motion that HF 213, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Omnibus bill. The motion PREVAILED.

Representative Schomacker moved that HF 380 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Omnibus bill.

Representative Schomacker, Sue Abderholden, and Buck McAlpin, all presented on HF 380.

Representative Schomacker renewed his motion that HF 380 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Omnibus bill. The motion PREVAILED.

Representative Mack moved that HF 261 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Omnibus bill.

Representative Mack moves the A3 amendment. The motion PREVAILED.
