MINUTES
Representative Sanders, Chair of the Government Operations and Election Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:16 AM on January 28th 2015, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Theis moved to approve the minutes from January 22, 2015.
THE MOTION PREVAILED
HF 275 (O’Driscoll) Voter registration crimes prosecution procedures modified, and penalties for public employees who willfully commit voter registration crimes specified.

Nancy Haas – Minnesota County Attorney’s Association
Ben Schweigert – Hennepin County Attorney’s Association
HF 275 was laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus elections bill.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:37 AM.
