Representative McNamara, Chair of the Environment & Natural Resources Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 a.m. on March 12, 2015 in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Hornstein moved to approve the minutes of March 11, 2015.

Representative Fabian moved HF1394 (Fabian) Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Citizens' Board duties modified.

Representative Hansen requested a roll call vote.
Representative Fabian renewed his motion that HF1394 be recommended to pass and be referred to the Government Operations committee.
