MINUTES

Representative Scott, Chair of the Civil Law and Data Practices Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:15 A.M. on March 12th, 2015, in the Hearing Room Ten of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Scott started the meeting to order at 8:18 A.M. A quorum was not present.

Representative Kresha began presenting HF1261.

Chair Scott called the meeting to order at 8:27 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Vogel moved the minutes of March 11th 2015. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Scott moved that HF1261 be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance.

Chair Scott renewed her motion that HF1261 be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Hoppe moved that HF216 be re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Scott moved the HF219DE3 Amendment.

Chair Scott moved that in the heading strike “219” and replace with “216”. The language was incorporated.

Chair Scott moved the HF216DE3 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Available testifiers for HF216: Representative Paul Anderson, Thom Peterson and Joel Carlson.

Representative Hoppe renewed his motion that HF216 be re-referred as amended to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Johnson moved that HF793 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Johnson moved HF793-A4 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
