Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the twentieth meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Torkelson called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative O’Driscoll moved to approve the minutes of March 24, 2016. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Overview of the Local Road and Bridge Program by Ted Schoenecker, Deputy State Aid Engineer, Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Representative Smith introduced the presentation on the Highway 610 project.
Ken Ashfeld, Director of Public Works, City of Maple Grove.
Heidi Nelson, City Administrator, City of Maple Grove.
Representative Newberger presented a project on the Watab highway interchange bonding project.
Representative Hoppe introduced a bonding project for the City of Chaska Highway 212 road improvements.
Matt Podhrasky, City Administrator, City of Chaska.
Mark Windschitl, Mayor, City of Chaska.
Representative Miller presented a bonding project for Appleton road upgrades.
Representative Heintzeman introduced a bonding project for the City if Baxter Cypress Drive improvements.
Jeremy Vacinek, Finance Director, City of Baxter.
