Representative Carlson, Chair of the Ways and Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:05 A.M. on Monday, March 4, 2013, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Dr. Tom Stinson, State Economist, Minnesota Management and Budget
Margaret Kelly, Assistant Commissioner, State Budget Director, Minnesota Management and Budget
Bill Marx, Fiscal Analyst, responded to questions regarding the February forecast.
Rep. Hausman moved approval of the minutes of Tuesday, February 26, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
