MINUTES

Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order on February 27, 2014 at 12:36 PM in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Tax Committee went into recess at 12:37 PM.

The Tax Committee reconvened at 1:02 PM.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Chair Lenczewski moved HF 1777 to be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Chair Lenczewski moved the H1777A4 amendment. The motion prevailed. The H1777A4 amendment was adopted.

Chair Lenczewski moved the H1777A10 amendment. The motion prevailed. The H1777A10 amendment was adopted.

Chair Lenczewsi moved the H1777A9 amendment.

Representative Loon made the motion to incorporate the following:
Page 1, line 1.10, delete “June 30, 2014”, and insert “March 31, 2014”.

The motion prevailed. The incorporation was adopted.

Allyson Hartle, Comcast, answered questions of the committee.

Representative Liebling requested a roll call on H1777A9 amendment.

The Committee Legislative Assistant took the roll.

Representative Anderson moved the H1777A5 amendment.
Representative Anderson made the motion to incorporate the following:

Page 1, line 11.5, insert colon before “and”

The motion prevailed. The incorporation was adopted.

Representative Garofalo requested a roll call on the H1777A5 amendment.

The Committee Legislative Assistant took the roll.

Representative Garofalo moved the H1777A6 amendment. Representative Garofalo requested a roll call on the H1777A6 amendment. Representative Garofalo requested a roll call on HF 1777.

Representative Garofalo withdrew his request for a roll call on HF 1777.

Chair Lenczewski renewed her motion to re-refer HF 1777 to the committee on Ways and Means.

The motion prevailed. HF 1777 was re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.

The Tax Committee adjourned at 2:02 pm.
