Representative Peppin moved HF 1012.
Representative Beard presented HF 1012 (Beard) Industrial measurement manufacturing and controls facility construction taxation exemption provided for.

HF 1012 was laid over for possible inclusion to an Omnibus Tax bill.
The committee heard a continuation of HF 885 (Clark) Tax rates increased under the alcoholic beverage excise tax, alcohol health and judicial impact fund established, deposit of revenue provided for, and money appropriated.
Representative Lenczewski moved to amend HF 885 as follows:
Page 2, line 2.14, delete "69", and insert "34". Page 2, line 2.18, delete, "$69,000", and insert "$34,000".
