Representative Erin Murphy, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:12 AM on Friday, April 4, 2014, in the Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Benson moved approval of the Thursday, April 3, 2014 minutes.

Chair Erin Murphy moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Tuesday, April 8, 2014 be adopted.

The committee heard a presentation and testimony on the Capitol Restoration project and proposed Capitol Office Building and Alternatives.

Chair Erin Murphy moved that the House Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration approve the plans and specifications labeled “Capitol Office Building” including the specific proposals for floors 2A and 3A and removing the specific proposals for floors 2 and 3 submitted by the Department of Administration on April 4, 2014.
Representative Zellers requested a roll call.
