Representative Erin Murphy, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:37 AM on Tuesday, February 19, 2013, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative John Benson moved approval of the Thursday, February 14, 2013 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
Chair Erin Murphy moved that the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Thursday, February 21, 2013 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Erin Murphy moved that H.F. 677 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Taxes and that subsequent actions on this bill under rule 2.03 of the Joint Rules be waived.
