MINUTES

Representative Paymar, Chair of Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. Tuesday, January 29th, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

H.F. 90 (Hilstrom)

Rep. Hilstrom moved that H.F. 90 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy.

Testifying on H.F. 90 were:

Mary M. Lynch - Assistant Hennepin County Attorney

Rep. Mullery moved to amend H.F. 90 as follows:

Page 1, line 21, before the period insert "or one of the victims"

THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Hilstrom renewed her motion that H.F. 90 be recommended to pass, as amended, and be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy.
