MINUTES

Representative Sheldon Johnson, Chair of the Labor, Workplace, and Regulated Industries Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 A.M. on March 14, 2013, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Savick moved that the minutes of March 13, 2013 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 950 (Nelson) Family child care providers collective bargaining authorized.

Representative Nelson moved that HF 950 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Government Operations.

Representative Nelson moved the H0950DE4 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Johnson called a recess at 9:57 A.M.

Representative Johnson recalled the meeting to order at 7:03 P.M. in Room 300S of the State Office Building.
