HIGHER EDUCATION FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE
MINUTES

Representative Gene Pelowski, Chair of the Committee on Higher Education Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 12:41 PM on March 19, 2014, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Chair Pelowski moved that HF3144 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Chair Pelowski presented HF3144, a bill for an act relating to higher education; appropriating money to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for compensation costs associated with the settlement of employment contracts.

Representative Dorholt moved that the minutes of March 3 and March 5, 2014, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Chair Pelowski renewed his motion that HF3144 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
