Representative Liebling, Chair of Committee on Health and Human Services Policy, called the meeting to order at 2:28 pm, March 12, 2014 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Chair Liebling moved HF2581 (Hertaus). Chair Liebling moved the H2581DE1 amendment. Motion prevailed. Amendment adopted.

Representative Hertaus presented information on HF2581 and the bill was laid over as amended for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Policy Omnibus Bill.

Representative Halverson presented information on HF2428 (Halverson) and the following individuals testified:

Representative Schoen moved the H0435DE1 amendment and incorporated the oral amendment as follows: delete lines 11.1 and 11.2. Motion prevailed. Amendment adopted. HF0435 is laid over as amended for possible inclusion in the Policy Omnibus Bill.

Representative Liebling moved HF2803 (Liebling) to be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Policy Omnibus Bill. Representative Liebling moved the H2803DE1 amendment. Motion prevailed. Amendment adopted. HF2803 is laid over as amended for possible inclusion in the Policy Omnibus Bill.
