Representative Nelson, Chair of Committee on Government Operations, called the meeting to order at 12:34pm on March 15, 2013 in Room B of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Nelson moved that HF1300 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture Finance.
