MINUTES

Representative Wagenius, Chair of the Committee on Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture Finance, called the meeting to order at 8:20 a.m., Tuesday, April 1st, 2014 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF2543 (Hortman) Second Engrossment Data classified, reporting requirements modified, permitting efficiencies modified and created, Pollution Control Agency duties modified, administrative penalty order and field citation provisions modified, civil penalties provided, rulemaking required, and money appropriated.

Representative Wagenius moved HF2543 Second Engrossment, be re-referred to the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration.

Representative Wagenius moved to amend HF2543 Second Engrossment (see attached 2543A6 amendment) THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hortman explained HF2543 as amended.

Representative Wagenius renewed the motion that HF2543 Second Engrossment, as amended, be re-referred to the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2543 Second Engrossment, as amended, was re-referred to the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration.

Representative Freiberg moved approval of the minutes for Wednesday, March 26th, 2014. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:33 a.m.
