MINUTES

Representative Wagenius, Chair of the Committee on Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture Finance, called the meeting to order at 8:17 a.m., Tuesday, March 19th, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Wagenius moved HF684, HF1329, HF1372, and HF1373 be heard by the Committee and be laid over for possible inclusion in Clean Water Fund and Legacy bills.

HF684 (Fischer) Clean water fund money appropriated to protect water supplies and lakes in the northeast Twin Cities metropolitan area.
Rep Fischer explained his bill and answered questions from members of the Committee.
