ENERGY POLICY COMMITTEE
Representative Melissa Hortman, Chair of the Energy Policy Committee, called the thirteenth meeting to order at 12:11 P.M. on, February 26, 2013, in room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Morgan moved that HF773 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus energy bill.
Representative Morgan presented the bill HF773
HF773 (Morgan) Solar value rate that utilities may pay to owners of solar photovoltaic systems established, solar energy standard established, solar photovoltaic systems made eligible to receive a renewable energy production incentive payment, account established, studies required, and money appropriated.
Representative Morgan moved adoption of amendment H0773DE1
The amendment was adopted.
