MINUTES

Representative Atkins, Chair of Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 9:34 PM on April 23, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Woodard moved to approve the minutes from the meeting April 17, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 128 (Slocum) Solid waste collection organization implementation process for cities amended.

Rep. Slocum moved that HF 128 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register.

Rep. Slocum moved that HF 128 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The following people gave testimony on the P30 amendment to HF 746:

THE P30 AMENDMENT WAS LAID OVER FOR POSSIBLE INCLUSION IN THE LIQUOR OMNIBUS BILL.

HF 1765 (Nelson) Labor Peace Agreements required on qualifying projects, and terms defined

Rep. Atkins moved that HF 1765 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Rep. Atkins moved the A13-050 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
