MINUTES

Representative Lesch, Chair of Committee on Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM, Friday, March 28, 2014 in the Basement Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Howe moved to approve minutes from Wednesday, March 26, 2014. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

HF2602 (Mullery) Court-ordered child support failure to pay crime clarified.

Representative Liebling moved to re-refer HF2602 to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy.

Representative Liebling moved to amend HF2602 (See attached H2602A1). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Mullery presented HF2602.
