Representative Lesch, Chair of Committee on Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM on Monday, March 10, 2014 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Chair Lesch moved to approve minutes from March 4 and 5, 2014. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

HF2371 (Kahn) Pregnancy and parenting leave provided, and pregnancy accommodations required

Representative Yarusso moved HF2371 be re-referred to the Committee on Jobs and Economic Development.

Representative Yarusso moved to amend HF2371 (See attached H2371A2). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
