MINUTES

Representative Lesch, Chair of Committee on Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM, March 5, 2014 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Lesch moved to approve minutes from March 4, 2014. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

HF2167 (Lesch) Government data practice application clarified.

Representative Lesch moved to re-refer HF2167 to the General Register.

Representative Lesch moved to amend HF2167 (See attachment H2167DE1). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Lesch renewed his motion and recommends HF2167, as amended, be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2385 (Lesch) Expert review certification time limits adjusted because of recent amendments

Representative Lesch moved to re-refer HF2385 to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy.

Chair Hilstrom moved an amendment to HF300 (See attached amendment H0300A1). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
