MINUTES

Representative Murdock, Vice Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:35 PM on Wednesday, February 16, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Shimanski moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 14, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED
