MINUTES

Representative Beard, Chair of the Transportation Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:33 PM on February 2, 2011 in Basement of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

No members were absent.

A quorum was present.

Representative Benson moved to approve the minutes from January 31, 2011 to be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Benson moved H0093, Ariana Celeste MacNamara Memorial Bridge designated.
Representative Benson moved the H0093A1 amendment.
Representative Benson modified the H0093A1 amendment as follows:
Section 1.10 strike the words "on the bridge or".

The vote was taken on the H0093A1 amendment as modified. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Testified on H0093:
Representative Liebling
Michael Wojcik, Rochester City Council.

H0093 as amended was laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Transportation Policy bill.
