MINUTES

Representative Runbeck, Chair of the Property and Local Tax Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:32 P.M. on February 24, 2011, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Marquart moved the approval of the minutes from February 23, 2011.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

HF 481 (Runbeck) Local government; property taxes frozen at 2010 pay levels, actions that would increase property tax levies prohibited, and exceptions provided.

Representative Marquart moved the following oral amendment:
"Delete Section 6 from HF 481"
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
