MINUTES

Representative Lanning, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:20 a.m. on April 12, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Simon was excused.

Representative Loeffler and Wayne Waslaski, Director of Real Estate and Construction Services for the Department of Administration testified on HF 1286.

A quorum was present.

Chair Lanning moved HF 1286.

Chair Lanning moved the H1286A1 amendment to HF 1286. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Lanning moved that HF 1286, as amended, be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Lanning moved HF 1287.

Representative Hansen and Dave Fielding, Director of Plant Management for the Department of Administration testified on HF 1287.

Chair Lanning laid over HF 1287 for further consideration by the State Government Finance Committee.

Representative Banaian moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on April 7, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:29 a.m.
