STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCE

MINUTES

Representative Lanning, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:20 a.m. on February 22, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representatives Hayden and Greene were excused.

Terry Kuhlman, Executive Director of the Public Facilities Authority (PFA) and Jeff Freeman, Deputy Director of the PFA presented an operations and budget overview of the PFA.

Lisa Radzak, Government Relations Director of Minnesota Public Radio (MPR) presented an operations and budget overview of MPR.

A quorum was present.

Representative Gunther moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 17, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Al Harmon, President of Duluth Public TV and Bill Strusinki, Friends of Minnesota Public TV presented an operations and budget overview of Public TV.

Michelle Jansen, President of the Association of Minnesota Public Radio Stations (AMPERS) and Barry Tilley, Administrator of AMPERS presented an operations and budget overview of AMPERS.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
