MINUTES
Representative Dean, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:30 AM on Monday, March 21, 2011, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Daudt moved that the minutes from the March 16, 2011 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Dean moved that the Proposed House Budget FY 12-13 be approved and submitted to the State Government Finance Committee for use in constructing the budget.
Jim Reinholdz, Controller of Minnesota House of Representatives Budget and Accounting Department, testified on the Proposed House Budget.
Patrick McCormack, Director of Minnesota House of Representatives Research Department, testified on the Proposed House Budget.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:03 AM.
