MINUTES

Representative Kriesel called the fifty-sixth meeting to order at 10:20 a.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2012, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Daudt moved that the minutes of March 20, 2012, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chairman Cornish assumed the gavel at 10:22 a.m.

HF2220 (Poppe) Unreasonable restraint of children demonstrable harm level changed.

Representative Kriesel moved HF2220 before the committee.

The committee heard testimony on HF2220.

Representative Woodard moved that HF2128 be recommended to pass and sent to the General Register.
